We worked with Reid for a couple of years looking for the perfect home. He understood what we wanted, was happy to wait until we were ready and took complete control from the time we made an offer through closing. Reid is extremely knowledgeable about the market, helped us to negotiate with the sellers and even gave us some great recommendations for an electrician and plumber. Reid and Oren were great to work with on the purchase of my Rittenhouse Square townhouse. Oren did a great job negotiating with the sellers agent to ensure I got the property at the right price & terms. Communication was great and I was updated regularly so that no milestones were missed. Reid did an excellent job for us. I was the executor for the estate of the owner of the property, and Reid was helpful and patient with the probate process that we needed to get through to sell the property. Reid also provided us with great advice regarding the marketing of the property and negotiating the purchase agreement. Reid's knowledge of the Center City real estate market was also very helpful. Reid was accommodating and personable, and he and his team made a somewhat complicated situation much easier. I highly recommend him.

We worked with Reid for about two and a half years all in as we had no idea where we wanted to move to necessarily. Through numerous conversations, home showings and leaning into his network of contacts, he helped us focus our search and eventually find the area we wanted to be a part of. Unfortunately inventories were very low, rates were climbing and we didn't see much that interested us in the school districts we were considering. In the end, we opted for new construction, to which Reid was able to negotiate a full finished basement at roughly the same asking price, rent stipend in case it went longer than expected, a 5-figure landscaping credit and additional warranty package. When it came time to sell our new home, Reid found us a very thorough photographer and after having the house listed for about 24-hours, we received an offer about 4.5% over asking with small concessions requested and a 30 day close, which we immediately accepted and cancelled all future showings. That was just the icing on the cake for a long and extremely fruitful relationship. I would highly recommend Reid and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Philadelphia area.
